From far away
Burning flames called, stars 
Look like pretty, tiny lights
All aglow, on a canvas of black
All together, lit in the darkness

If they had eyes, 
They would not be able to see 
The tiny little creatures that stare at them

But these tiny little creatures 
Have the power to shine 
Brighter than that of the brightest light
But even these tiny little creatures
Must come to know when to unite; 
Far away from burning flames called, stars 
All aglow, All together.

Scrap Poem: Silence is a Hermit

They ask, "Who are you?" 
He says,
"I'm the person
you'd least want to talk to."

They soon occupy themselves,
curious little creatures,
in scrutiny.

When they finally get to know more, 
They don't remember that
He had warned them. 

And at last he is left silent. 
Left alone with bitter feelings 
thrown toward him.

It is an irony that
While some claim silence to be golden, 
Most cannot let it be the way it is.

He is now as he was.
He is now silent,
But he is now
Hated.

Shafkat's Roof, Bashundhara R/A. Amazing place. From here you can see things miles away. And as the area still hasn't turned into a complete urban jungle, the wind blows hard and the air feels fresh. Different types of birds and planes fly over our heads. And it looks so beautiful when flocks of parrots pass by. And at night, the whole city seems to glimmer in beautiful yellow lights, like stars on the ground. My mobile camera just isn't good enough to capture all of that, though.

Changing Homes

So Changing Homes started off really well thanks to Raj and Rakat. Everyone is congratulating us on the first track. The second track is underway; it's almost finished but needs a bit more work to bring out more feeling in the song. I don't know whether we'll release the second track anytime soon, but I'd rather release the rest of the songs as a complete album rather than as singles. Maybe we'll release one more single.

The Male Flower and Changing Homes

So trying to get an artwork done for Changing Homes, I actually created something from the "impaired" design I made last month. I call it the Male Flower. 

Then I came up with a rough sketch for a temporary cover photo for promoting Changing Homes. I think I'm gonna play around a lot more with this concept.
